Proposed Downtown West Palm Beach Studio

Private Classical Pilates, built around experience, precision and community.

ALIGN is a woman-owned private Classical Pilates studio being established in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida—created for highly individualized instruction and the depth of the original Pilates method.

Why ALIGN. Why Now.

A studio built on relationships already in place.

Built on more than two decades of Pilates teaching experience, ALIGN represents the realization of a long-held vision: an intimate, highly personal Classical Pilates environment in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. ALIGN is being created for clients who value exceptional instruction, continuity and the depth of the original Pilates method—without the distractions of a large group-fitness environment.

An Established Clientele

ALIGN begins with relationships already built. Many clients have worked with me for years and are part of a community that values private, highly individualized Pilates instruction.

Authentic Classical Pilates

As Pilates continues to grow, ALIGN offers something increasingly distinctive: individualized Classical Pilates taught on apparatus designed to preserve the integrity and intention of the original method.

A Remarkable Downtown Location

The proposed studio is in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, within walking distance of residences, offices, restaurants and the growing downtown community. Established clients already live and work within blocks of the proposed location.

Community Connection

The proposed studio is adjacent to The Yoga Society, creating natural potential for two complementary wellness businesses to support one another and share clientele.

Existing Space Conditions

A strong physical foundation for ALIGN.

The existing suite provides a substantial open studio area, circulation, storage, bathroom facilities and lift access—allowing startup investment to focus primarily on apparatus, branding and targeted improvements rather than a major structural build-out.

The Proposed Home of ALIGN

A real space, ready to become the studio.

The proposed second-floor space already offers warm wood flooring, abundant natural light and a layout capable of supporting a complete private Classical Pilates practice with relatively modest build-out.

The Gratz Difference

Equipment chosen for authenticity, craftsmanship and longevity.

ALIGN plans to equip the studio primarily with Gratz apparatus, upholstered in Bronze. Gratz is the original manufacturer of Pilates apparatus based on Joseph Pilates’ own designs and describes its equipment as built to preserve the dimensions, resistance, balance and feel of authentic Classical Pilates.

Why Gratz

For ALIGN, the equipment is part of the teaching. Gratz has manufactured Classical Pilates apparatus for generations and continues to build to Joseph Pilates’ original specifications. Its maple apparatus is handcrafted from solid, furniture-grade hardwood selected for strength, stability and longevity, with each frame individually shaped, sanded, assembled and finished by hand.

The result is professional apparatus designed around precision, responsiveness and durability rather than novelty. Gratz describes its Universal Reformer as the cornerstone of Classical Pilates and its equipment as the worldwide “gold standard” for studios committed to the original method.

ALIGN’s planned upholstery color: Bronze. The warm bronze upholstery is intended to complement the studio’s wood flooring and architectural palette while giving the Gratz apparatus a consistent visual identity throughout the space.
